SUBDIVISION REVIEWS

Rapid growth in Star Valley is impacting natural resources. Small and Large developments issues include surface and groundwater impacts, building in drainages and areas of shallow groundwater, storm water drainage, waste treatment, slope, erosion and sedimentation during construction, weed control during and after construction.

Propertyowners or agents are required to submit a Subdivision Review Application, a soils map with the property outlined on the map (obtain from Lincoln County Planning or NRCS Websoil Survey -- see below), and a survey map of the property. In addition, copies of the NPDES permit application and groundwater and sewer studies (if required) should be attached to the Subdivision Review Application. A subdivision review conference or phone interview will be conducted for each subdivision review.

The following is a list of fee requirements for the subdivision review process:
1 to 2 Lot Simple Subdivisions:	Flat Fee $200
3 to 5 Lot Minor Subdivisions:	Flat Fee $350
6 Lots or more Major Subdivisions:	6-10 lots Flat Fee $500 over 10 lots $50 per Lot
